As the authorized dealer for the “Invisible Storm Window”, Architectural Restoration can customize an aluminum storm window to work with just about every configuration of primary window built: swing in, swing out, double/single hung, arched, circle top, gothic, bowed, and to compliment your home we can custom match the color of your house to make the storm windows “Invisible”. We offer multiple choices of glazing (glass) to meet your energy, security, noise and UV requirements. Additionally, we custom make wood storms and combination storm/screen doors. All the products and services we offer are designed to complement the beauty of your home and improve the energy efficiency.

We install time proven copper/spring bronze weatherstripping, including bronze thresholds with interlocking “J” hooks for entryways. We also install replacement wood sills. Depending on the type of window, our services include weather stripping made of spring bronze, zinc/bronze interlocking and spring bronze for steel casement windows. Simply stated, modern weather stripping will not outlast the established, time-proven methods of weatherizing older windows and doors!

Many older homes were built with roll screens built into the window casement. Over the years many roll screens have become damaged and non-functioning. At Architectural Restoration serving Indianapolis, IN, our roll screens can replace your current screens with beautiful copper wire mesh pull down roll screens. We can also mount these screens as new inserts to your casement windows. Roll screens are a practical answer for swing out casement windows. When you want fresh air, open the window and pull the screen down. When not in use, the screen can be rolled up into its housing to be completely out of sight; it could not be easier or more practical.
